KBK Enterprises was pleased to host the groundbreaking ceremony for the redevelopment of B.W. Cooper on Thursday, October 15th along with the Housing Authority of the New Orleans and HUD. With a total attendance of over 200, all tenants were invited to attend along with many dignitaries.

On September 30th we closed with the equity investor (PNC Bank) and the Housing Authority on the Owner Entity financing for Garfield Phase 2. This development, contiguous to Garfield Phase 1, is 45 units of new construction with total development costs of approximately $15.7 million. Sept. 17th Mr. Key attended and participated in the OSU UITI panel discussion held at Salt Fork Conference Center & State Park in Cambridge, Ohio. The attendees were professionals and various members of fraternities and sororities on OSU’s campus and the topic center around leadership.
