October 22, 2009 KBKF kicked-off the Peabody High School 2009-10 school year Challenge Program. The Challenge Program rewards students for achievements throughout the school year with monetary motivation. This is the third year of sponsorship of The Challenge Program with Peabody High School, Mr. Key’s Alma mater.
KBKF as committed to support the Pittsburgh Youth Services Investment Fund; The Kingsley Assn’s Urban University (K-12) Youth and Young Adults Program. KBKF was pleased to donate and support the OSU Alumni Association event in Cleveland before the OSU v. University of Toledo football game. The event, held Friday, Sept. 17th brought attention to minority recruitment and the retention and success of these students at the largest university in the U.S.
