About Us
What a quarter! As KBK Enterprises prepares for the end of 2009, we find ourselves celebrating one of our most significant milestones. On Oct. 15, 2009 we commemorated the groundbreaking of Phase I of B.W. Cooper in New Orleans. Phase I is $142 million of a planned $250 million two phase project and one of the largest housing projects in New Orleans since Hurricane Katrina. We also completed a $14 million rehabilitation of a 14-story multi-family building in Harlem, NY. We closed a $15.7 million Garfield Phase 2 development in Pittsburgh. Our last, but not least significant activity this quarter was our business trip to South Africa with the South African Consulate General.
